Our team is built on long-term customer relationships, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to support customers in the North Los Angeles region.
Position OverviewThe Outside Sales Representative will manage and grow an assigned territory, focusing on OEM accounts and industrial equipment customers. Experience with pneumatics, automation components, or related products is strongly preferred.
This is a home-office-based role with occasional travel to vendor facilities for training, as well as periodic company sales meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage sales opportunities within assigned territory
- Visit and support OEM and industrial customers
- Provide technical product knowledge, recommendations, and solutions
- Build relationships with existing accounts while identifying new business
- Attend vendor training sessions and company sales meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
- 2–5+ years of outside sales experience in OEM, industrial equipment, or related field
- Pneumatics or automation component experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally

75 Year Old innovative company, looking to fill permanent outside sales position. We sell Pneumatic and Automation equipment to B2B markets. Work from your home office and come in as needed to the Riverside office for Training and meetings occasionally.
