This full-time hybrid role as a Salesperson is based in Sacramento, CA, with the opportunity for occasional work-from-home arrangements. The Salesperson will focus on identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales performance to achieve company goals. Key responsibilities include preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in sales strategies, customer relationship management (CRM), and meeting sales goals
• Organizational and time management skills along with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals
• Proficient in digital tools, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of the construction or building materials industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
