Southwest Sales Manager

US Bio Tek is offering an exciting career path as a Territory Sales Manager for the Southwest, responsible for sales in AZ, CO, NM, NV, UT and WY. This position will target, acquire, and manage new and existing clinician accounts via outbound calls, e-mails and online meetings for both US Bio Tek and its subsidiary company, Real Time Labs.

This is a remote position; candidates must be located in the Central or Pacific time zone.

• Drive growth in your designated region through new and existing customers.
• Identify and prospect healthcare practitioners.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up.
• Revive lapsed accounts and identify and engage slumped accounts.
• Full understanding of market forces within your territory that affect sales.
• Provide support during the ongoing merger of US Bio Tek and Real Time Labs testing portfolios and systems.
• Understand product portfolio and main selling points against competitor companies.
• Achieve set monthly sales targets.
• Attend sales video team meetings 2x per week.
• Participate in local and national trade shows (approximately 2–3 per year).

• Proven track record of sales growth, able to deliver results.
• Self-motivated and the ability to work in a solo environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• PC computer skills including MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• College degree
• Laboratory sales experience or holistic/preventative medical sales experience
• Experience with Hub Spot, or other CRM

$70k annually + commission

This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in the Eastern or Atlantic time zone (NC or TN preferred).

Testing offered includes food sensitivity, food allergy, microbiome, nutrition, celiac, candida, organic acids, environmental pollutants. US Bio Tek acquired Real Time Labs, a world leader in Mycotoxin testing, in March 2024.
