- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Intrafusion services within the East Region
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities with specialty practices, hospitals, and integrated delivery networks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and C-suite executives
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to demonstrate how Intrafusion solutions meet client requirements
- Negotiate and close complex sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for clients and the company
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business development or sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- 5-7 years of successful business development or sales experience specifically in specialty drug, RCM, or infusion services
- Strong understanding of the specialty drug landscape and healthcare reimbursement models
- Ability to travel extensively within the East Region as required
- Strategic thinker with the capability to identify and pursue complex sales opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and executive-level stakeholders
