German Speaking Sales Development Representative WFH

Our client is looking to expand their sales team and are seeking high-caliber Native German speakers for Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles. They require confident professionals with exceptional verbal communication skills and a native-level command of the language.

• The primary focus is Outbound Appointment Setting; proactive outbound prospecting and qualifying leads to book meetings for Account Executives.
• Project Variety:
  Work across multiple projects simultaneously; pivot between industries.
• Technical Requirements: reliable Fiber internet connection, minimum line speed 20 Mbps Upload / 20 Mbps Download.
• Experience & Mindset:
  Prior SDR experience, passion for hunting, resilience for cold calling.
• Location:
  
  Based in South Africa.
• Working Hours & Holidays:
  Standard shifts Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00. Observe all German public holidays off; open to flexibility.

• Prior SDR experience and proven ability to succeed in cold calling environment.

Salary:
Up to R36500 per month.
Monthly Bonus:
