Overview

Design Rush, a B2B marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking an experienced LEAD GENERATION MANAGER who is:

  • Excellent at generating leads, for the Design Rush sales team
  • Able to hit the ground running from day 1
  • Hands-on and proactive at creating contact lists and optimizing campaign performances

The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.

  • Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.
  • Awards:
    Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards.
  • Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.
  • Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.

We’re looking for a LEAD GENERATION MANAGER whose main goal is to generate high-quality leads for the Design Rush sales team that can contribute immediately.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position. Working hours are from 6am to 3pm EST

Design Rush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive Company's growth through outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
  • Learn from our well-seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
  • Educate and develop leads through outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, webinars, and assorted campaigns
  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive
  • Generate email sequences, and make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
  • Excellent English speaking and communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
  • Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
