Overview
Design Rush, a B2B marketplace connecting brands with agencies, is seeking an experienced LEAD GENERATION MANAGER who is:
- Excellent at generating leads, for the Design Rush sales team
- Able to hit the ground running from day 1
- Hands-on and proactive at creating contact lists and optimizing campaign performances
The candidate must be a proactive and independent thinker who can take ownership of the tasks at hand and ensure timely and high-quality output through collaboration with other team members.

- Agency Rankings: Brands can view qualified agencies based on their expertise, location, clients, and various other factors.

Agencies and brands can enter their finest work and compete for the best web logo, app, print, packaging, and video design awards. - Marketplace: Businesses can post their projects at no cost and receive proposals from verified agencies.
- Trending Brands: Agencies and brands can feature their expertise and achievements via news, interviews, and trends articles to get noticed and recognized as an industry leader.
We’re looking for a LEAD GENERATION MANAGER whose main goal is to generate high-quality leads for the Design Rush sales team that can contribute immediately.

Design Rush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Drive Company's growth through outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
- Learn from our well-seasoned sales team and help build out our world-class Sales Playbook and Tech Stack
- Educate and develop leads through outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, webinars, and assorted campaigns
- Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive
- Generate email sequences, and make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
- Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
