The Opportunity

Do you love sports and thrive in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven sales role? As a Territory Sales Manager
, you’ll own and grow your territory by building strong partnerships across the sports community—all while representing a brand that truly lives the game.

What You’ll Do
  • Grow sales and brand presence across the Upper Midwest territory
  • Build lasting relationships with dealers, coaches, athletes, and industry partners
  • Develop new opportunities with parks & recreation departments, camps, clubs, high schools and youth sports organizations
  • Travel throughout the territory (2–3 trips per month, seasonally driven)
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, clinics, and partner events
  • Track market trends and competitor activity
  • Submit bi‑weekly sales activity reports and maintain accurate lead records

Requirements What You Bring
  • Reside within designated territory
  • Outside sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (in person, phone, and email)
  • Excellent organization and time‑management abilities
  • Self‑starter mindset with the ability to thrive independently
  • High energy, motivated, and comfortable multitasking
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
