Position: AREA SALES MANAGER – NORTHEAST (USA) (m/f/d)

Area Sales Manager – North East (USA)(m/f/d)- Be part of the Tyro-Spirit

In this role, you will take responsibility for the successful sales of our innovative medical and rehabilitation technologies in the United States. You will combine strategic territory development with active customer management – from small practices to large hospital chains – and play a key role in driving the sustainable growth of our company.

Your responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell our rehabilitation technologies throughout the territory (Northeast– USA)
  • Strategically build and expand a clearly structured sales territory with a focus on sustainable growth
  • Independently generate leads to build a solid sales funnel
  • Establish, manage, and further develop customer relationships with new and existing customers
  • Professionally approach and support a variety of stakeholders (e.g., therapists, physicians, purchasing departments, administration, management)
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, negotiations, and contract closings
  • Monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, and proactively developing new sales approaches
  • Closely collaborate with Marketing, Clinical Application, and Product Management to ensure successful market penetration
Your Profile:
  • Proven sales professional with strong field sales experience, minimum 3 years work experience; medical technology sector preferred
  • Alternatively: therapy or sports science degree with a minimum of 5 years work experience
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset: ability to independently develop a territory and build long-term customer relationships
  • Good rehabilitation market knowledge within territory is a plus
  • High level of self-motivation, self-organization, and enthusiasm for exploring new approaches to sales
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and convince people at all levels
  • Willingness to travel extensively: 50-75% travel required
  • Efficient and organized approach when working from home office
  • Located within the territory; must live within close proximity to an international airport
