A leading HVAC solutions provider in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking an Account Executive – Commercial HVAC responsible for driving technical sales and delivering customized HVAC solutions to clients. This full-time role combines strong HVAC engineering knowledge with sales strategies, owning the sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closure. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in HVAC sales, alongside strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation includes a base salary of $80k-$110k plus commission, benefits, and a monthly car allowance.
