This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Agent, fully remote work. As a Sales Agent, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance, and recommend personalized insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering inbound generated leads, building client relationships, presenting suitable coverage options, and maintaining excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on industry trends and standards to ensure the highest level of service.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
• Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve or exceed targets
• Knowledge of the Insurance industry, products, and regulations
• Ability to participate in and benefit from ongoing Training and professional development
• Highly organized, motivated, and capable of working independently or in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in insurance sales is preferred but not required
• Relevant licenses, certifications, and a valid driver's license are advantageous
