• Minimum of one year of experience with the employer (required)
• Active Property and Casualty license (required)
• Active Life and Health license (required)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multi-tasking

• Experience in a customer-focused role
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
