• Build and manage a lucrative book of business by introducing innovative recruitment solutions to top‑tier Pharma brands and CROs
• Proactively identify and close new business opportunities within Pharma and CRO accounts
• Manage and expand your sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client campaigns and maximize revenue opportunities
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage pipeline for revenue attainment

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience, including 2 or more years of proven digital media sales success (clinical research/pharma preferred)
• Experience selling digital media solutions to achieve client goals
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Office, and Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel, Word)
• Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate complex, highly regulated sales cycles

• Experience in solution/value‑based selling
• Experience with healthcare or similar highly regulated clients (pharma/patient recruitment experience preferred)
