Overview

Location: Chicago, IL (Field-based, 100-mile territory)

Compensation: $85,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $170,000+)

Work Arrangement: Field-based, with flexibility to work from home when not traveling

About The Opportunity Our client, an international leader in premium fitness and wellness solutions, is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to cover the greater Chicago area. This high-impact, field-based role blends new business development and account management
, offering the opportunity to sell cutting-edge products and services to organizations passionate about health and performance. As part of a collaborative sales team, you’ll build strong relationships, deliver consultative solutions, and play a key role in expanding market share in one of the country’s most dynamic territories.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow business opportunities within a 100-mile radius of Chicago.
  • Prospect, generate leads, and conduct high-level consultative presentations to C-suite, ownership groups, and decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle
    , from initial outreach to closing and post-sale account management.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Leverage CRM systems to track activities, forecast accurately, and manage pipeline health.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to guide product and solution strategy.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of success in territory-based B2B field sales
    .
  • Demonstrated experience with solution selling and managing complex deals.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills; confident working with senior executives.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (
    Salesforce experience a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Passion for fitness, wellness, or sports a strong plus.
