This is a full-time hybrid role for a Yacht Broker based in Miami, FL, with some flexibility for remote work. The Yacht Broker will be responsible for building client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, conducting yacht showings, and closing sale transactions. Additional duties include marketing boats for sale, coordinating with buyers and sellers during the process, and staying informed about market trends and new arrivals in the yachting industry.

• Knowledge and experience in Boat, Yachting, and the Marine Industry
• Background in Brokerage and experience managing sales transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
• Sales and negotiation expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Passion for the yachting industry and familiarity with trends and brands is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage
