• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers.
• Advise prospects on appropriate insurance coverage and options based on their circumstances.
• Verify accuracy of information regarding insurance and driving history through reports.
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers while addressing any objections.
• Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed.

• Must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Producer's License or a Personal Lines License.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy.

• Knowledge of company guidelines and the ability to effectively communicate them to customers and colleagues.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry.
