• Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as needed.

• Must currently hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or Personal Lines License.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy.

• Experience in insurance sales or customer service in a related field.
• Knowledge of current market trends and regulations in the insurance industry.
• Ability to maintain state licensing and complete continuing education requirements.
