We are looking for an Enrollment Coordinator to help us facilitate the implementation and onboarding processes for new or reserved accounts including developing, maintaining and strengthening customer relationships by providing pre‑defined customer service and supporting administrative aspects of assigned accounts. You will build strong relationships with our K‑12 teaching community. You will also help anticipate future customer needs and facilitate such awareness with the home office and field sales management.
Responsibilities- You will be responsible for driving growth and participation in assigned enrollments by managing and facilitating the enrollment process through all phases. This includes handling multiple enrollments simultaneously and maintaining schedules and deadlines for each, and you will serve as the point of contact for the customer, home office and field sales team to ensure quality, cost containment, consistency, production results, and a positive customer experience during all phases of the open enrollment.
- You will also have the opportunity to work with Compliance, Field Sales and Leadership, HSA and Agency teams.

- Three to five years of successful experience in sales or sales support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization and project management skills with attention to detail are a plus.
- Ability to interact, consult, influence/persuade, negotiate and direct projects with a solutions‑oriented attitude and conflict management skills.
- Self‑motivated and extremely flexible with the ability to “think on your feet.”
- Strong knowledge of our AFEnroll enrollment platform and home office knowledge of systems and processes:
Billing, Flex, Online Service Center, Claims, Flex, all components of the enrollment set up.
This position requires a Life and Health license attained during your first 30 days of employment and, because we provide a company car, we look for no more than two moving violations in the last three years.
