• Collaborate with senior leadership to align training programs with organizational objectives
• Develop and deliver sales training programs focused on oncology products for both new hires and existing team members
• Organize and facilitate continuing education programs to ensure comprehensive product and market knowledge
• Assess learning gaps and design targeted programs to enhance team effectiveness
• Manage and utilize the learning management system (LMS) for training initiatives

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field
• 5+ years of sales or commercial experience
• 3+ years of experience in oncology or other specialty healthcare areas
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience in project management and delivering effective presentations
• Background in oncology sales, diagnostic sales, or sales training
• Relevant certifications in sales training, oncology, or diagnostics
• Understanding of molecular diagnostics and therapy selection for oncology
