Job Overview

Morgan Hunter has recently partnered with a well-established business to identify their next SDR. The ideal candidate will possess a motivated and hungry personality, ready to help grow their expanding client base. The SDR will have a fearless approach to identifying opportunities, while remaining coachable with solid organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities and Metrics
  • Prospect new channel partners and vendors.
  • Work strategically with current vendors to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Make 25-50 outbound calls/touches per day (~200 calls per week), focusing on quality over quantity.
  • Set 10 quality meetings per month.
  • Use and embrace Salesforce (CRM), Google Calendar, Zoom, Linked In, and other prospecting tools.
  • Minimal travel required — less than 10%.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work from home with minimal supervision.
