What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Act as an account advocate, protecting revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders and maintain ongoing engagement with customers post-sale
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer’s CIS/ERP solutions to provide effective issue resolution
  • Contribute to a positive corporate culture by collaborating with team members to improve customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of software sales experience, ideally in public sector CIS/ERP or utility environments
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of public utilities workflows and enterprise solution technology
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
