Accountabilities
  • Engage with customers early in the buying process to establish trust and verify needs.
  • Define the value impact of solutions in terms of business outcomes and customer KPIs.
  • Translate customer needs into compelling solution-based proposals through collaboration.
  • Develop cross-company solutions from various brands.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Cultivate relationships with key business functions for agile resolution of issues.
  • Manage performance using SFDC, account plans, and strategic selling tools.
  • Identify and exploit sales opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in a professional sales role.
  • Experience in communications and networking projects.
  • History of working in medium to large international organizations.
  • Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and marketing.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of sales fundamentals and value selling processes.
  • Experience in large account and end-user solution selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and funnel management.
