Agent Teams Sales Executive

Location: Remote, U.S. (National Territory)

Reports To: SVP, Franchise Sales (ERA Real Estate)

Partners With: National VP of Sales, Regional Sales Directors, Inside Sales, Affiliated Brokers

Summary

ERA Real Estate is expanding its national growth engine by adding a specialized Agent Teams Sales Executive dedicated to identifying, engaging, signing, and onboarding real estate agent teams
. This function plays a critical role in our 2026 strategy and beyond to accelerate growth.

The Agent Teams Sales Executive will serve as ERA’s national “teams expert,” partnering closely with Franchise Sales Directors, Affiliates and Inside Sales to drive high velocity recruitment and acquisition activity, strengthen ERA’s value proposition, and layer multiple agent teams onto new and existing ERA affiliates.

This role is ideal for a driven, disciplined, highly relational sales leader who understands the team model, thrives in a high volume consultative environment, and can convert relationships into signed ERA teams with speed and precision.

Responsibilities
  • Pipeline Development & Prospecting
    • Build and manage a national pipeline of producing agent teams
      , sourced through:
    • Self generated outbound efforts
    • Inside Sales appointments
    • Real Trends team lists, MLS data, industry networks and other proprietary data
    • Develop a data base of teams in multiple markets with long term follow up campaigns.
    • Partner referrals from FSD/RVPs and ERA affiliates
    • Maintain weekly activity targets in appointment setting, outreach, and follow ups.
    • Deliver clear CRM tracking, forecasting, and deal documentation.
  • Sales Execution & Consultative Engagement
    • Conduct discovery, value presentations, and financial modeling with team leaders.
    • Position ERA’s competitive advantages:
    • Brand and marketing flexibility
    • Product, tech, and lead gen systems
    • Recruiting, coaching, training and operational support
    • Brand level referral & relocation advantages
    • Navigate multiparty decision cycles (team leads, rainmakers, ops managers, and broker owners).
    • Convert 4–5 team additions quarterly across ERA’s footprint.
  • Collaboration With Regional Sales People
    • Work in tandem with FSD/RVPs to identify strategic markets where teams can accelerate affiliate growth.
    • Exchange referrals:
    • Pass new brokerage/M&A opportunities identified while prospecting back to Regional Teams.
    • Receive qualified team prospects from Regional Teams to close.
    • Embed team recruiting support into existing affiliates and new affiliate launches (first 90-120 days).
  • Affiliate Support & Onboarding
    • Partner with growth-centric existing/newly signed ERA Affiliates to create a Team Growth Plan
      :
    • 30–60–90 and beyond team recruiting roadmap
    • Customized value messaging & cobranded presentations
    • Calendar of local recruiting events, webinars, or team summits
    • Schedule weekly and monthly strategy sessions with affiliates
    • Working in conjunction with Onboarding Team to assist affiliates in integrating teams into their operations (marketing, onboarding, recruiting).
    • Act as the “team subject matter expert” for ERA affiliate launches nationwide.
    • Maintain, manage and execute recruiting strategies with high performing affiliates.
  • Cross Functional Alignment
    • Partner with Inside Sales weekly for appointment coordination, lead qualification, and follow up workflows.
    • Work with Brand Leadership, Marketing, Operations and Service to refine ERA’s team value proposition and market specific messaging.
    • Provide competitive, market, and talent insights back to leadership based on field activity.
  • Required Experience & Skills

    Sales Experience

    • 5+ years of high velocity sales experience in real estate, prop tech, franchising, recruitment industry or brokerage growth roles.
    • Experience selling into agent teams, brokerage leaders, or
      high volume
      producers strongly preferred.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in consultative or multi decision maker environments.

    Industry Knowledge

    • Understanding of the team model, compensation plans, lead gen systems, and team operations.
    • Familiarity with franchise value propositions, M&A adjacent conversations, and brokerage economics.
