The RoleWe’re looking for an Account Executive to be a pivotal member of our revenue engine. We have strong product-market fit, rapidly expanding demand, and resources to invest in growth and product innovation. The role is ideal for a full-cycle sales professional who thrives in fast-paced and collaborative environments, embraces an entrepreneurial and ownership mentality, and is comfortable navigating complex buyer ecosystems and multi-stakeholder deals. This isn’t a spray-and-pray sales role. We have a defined target market, clear segments, and marketing and sales resources to help you succeed.
While our training, management methodology, and support is comprehensive, Careflow’s Account Executives are provided with the freedom and independence to own their market segment and book of business.
What You’ll Do / Responsibilities- Manage your market segment and own prospects from lead to close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through a mix of outbound and ABM
- Accurately forecast opportunities and participate in pre- and post-mortem deal review
- Conduct high-impact discovery to uncover pain, value drivers, and urgency
- Deliver tailed demos, business cases, and executive level narratives
- Be a customer, industry and product expert, acting as a trusted advisor to build strong relationships with prospects, customers, and partners
- Partner closely with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to continually improve revenue engine
- Provide feedback on messaging, IPC fit, objections, and competitive dynamics
- Attend industry events and trade shows to build relationships, pipeline, and promote Careflow

Unlimited PTO, Paid Holidays, Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision - Compensation: $100-$120K base with $200/$240K OTE
- 3+ years of SaaS or relevant sales experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Post-acute care experience preferred
- Track record of success in meeting or exceeding quota
- Proven success closing deals between $25K-250K ACV
- Experience with complex industries and multi-stakeholder deal management
- Strong background in self-prospecting and outbound pipeline generation
- A desire to improve your sales skills and business acumen
