This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Representative. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining a sales pipeline, fostering relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand business partnerships. Daily tasks include contacting prospective clients, presenting services, and creating strategies to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Strong skills in Outside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and initiate engagement with potential clients
• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to successfully execute growth strategies and achieve sales objectives
• Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal abilities, to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting and effectively manage time
• Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales management software
• Prior experience in restoration services, home services, or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
