Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Arkansas. Applicants must reside within these specified locations to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
- Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
- Work at home with a professional workspace, maintain equipment, and meet connectivity requirements.
- Paid training in a remote work environment; training extends over 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.

- No cold calls; all incoming warm leads.
- Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
- Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills.
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License. Training provided if you do not currently hold a license.
