Position OverviewUTI's Military Admissions Representatives work to change the world, one life at a time, by getting students in the classroom and starting them on their journey of reaching their career dreams. Working within a designated geographical territory of military bases, a Military Admissions Representative will conduct career presentations, interview prospective students, and more.
This is a remote position; the candidate must currently live and commute throughout Washington, D.C.

- Building Relationships:
Network with military bases to maintain and build relationships; establish rapport with military personnel and prospect future UTI students. - Consultative Mindset:
Effectively address potential students’ concerns to ensure prospects receive the full UTI story and are aware of career opportunities. Conduct follow‑up throughout the year. - Public Speaking and Presenting:
Conduct educational and motivational presentations to interested individuals to pursue higher education and potentially attend UTI. Use all marketing and recruiting tools to share the UTI story with prospects. - Product Knowledge:
Maintain knowledge of UTI programs, financing options and other pertinent information to answer prospective student questions during a presentation. - Administrative:
Maintain travel logs and reports to track visits and leads generated. - Adhere to all regulatory compliance criteria and procedures.
- Other duties as necessary.
- Travel: 50% overnight.
- Education:
High School degree or GED required. - Experience:
Experience with public speaking preferred; military and recruiting experience required; 2 years sales experience preferred. - Must be able to clear background check, including MVR.
