Job SummaryWe are a team‑driven, high‑performance organization that values culture, teamwork, and results. The Regional Sales Director (New Business) will focus on profit growth within the Western U.S., building strong relationships and directing the sales process in collaboration with operating partners.
Reporting to the National Vice President of Sales, the successful candidate will exclusively cover AZ, CA, NV, UT, OR, WA, , MN, WY, AK, HI. Compensation includes a base salary and potential earnings of over $200K through commissions, bonuses, 401(k), expense account, annual Sales Excellence trip, company car, and paid vacation.

- Cold‑calling, prospecting, networking, and market development
- Excellent time management and territory development
- Identify necessary support resources to close new business
- Computer skills: CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong presentation skills
- BA or equivalent experience
- New business hunter with 5+ years sales experience
- Experience with 80%+ new client focus
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Ability to develop winning proposals and respond to complex RFPs
- Logical thinker with common sense approach
- High energy, executive presence, and desire to advance within the organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to earn well over $150K
- Up to 75% travel within the territory
- Strong computer and CRM database management skills
- Personal accountability, integrity, and emotional intelligence
- Adaptability and building relationships with diverse stakeholders (internal and outreach)
