Litehouse is seeking a full-time National Account Manager - Walmart/Sam's Club to join our team. Ideal candidate is located in Bentonville, AR.
As a National Account Manager
, you'll own relationships with Litehouse's most strategic customers, driving profitable growth, strengthening partnerships, and uncovering new opportunities. This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, managing complex national accounts while influencing everything from forecasting to promotions to digital strategy.
The role focuses on building and sustaining strategic national retail partnerships, aligning sales, margin and profitability goals, and leading accurate forecasting and category initiatives.
Responsibilities- Own the customer strategy and relationship with national retail partners, ensuring alignment to sales, margin, and profitability goals (POS, Gross Sales, Net Revenue, Margin, NOI).
- Develop and execute customer business plans, including sales objectives, promotions, advertising, and assortment strategies.
- Build strong relationships across retail organizations, including buying, merchandising, marketing, operations, logistics, and senior leadership.
- Lead forecasting and planning in partnership with Demand Planning, ensuring accurate projections and timely issue resolution.
- Use market, category, and consumer data to identify growth opportunities and strengthen category leadership.
- Serve as the brand expert, supporting retailer digital strategies and ensuring consistent execution.
- Monitor performance, adjust plans as needed, and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
- Manage complexity across multiple priorities, timelines, data sources, and internal/external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of experience in CPG food sales.
- 5-7 years managing national accounts with Walmart and Sam's Club.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex product portfolios and senior-level client relationships.
- High level of autonomy, organization, and accountability.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Circana (IRI), Retail Link, and MADRID.
- Private Label experience is a plus.
