Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, results‑driven Sales Representative to close new bookkeeping clients using company‑provided leads and manage the sales process through Hub Spot CRM
. This is a 100% commission‑based, fully remote position with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition.
All client agreements are annual
, and commissions are earned during the first year only

- Follow up with company‑provided inbound and warm leads
- Qualify prospects and assess bookkeeping needs
- Present OCB Accounting’s bookkeeping services clearly and professionally
- Close annual bookkeeping agreements
- Accurately track all activity, notes, and deal stages in Hub Spot
- Coordinate smooth client onboarding with the internal team
- Meet or exceed monthly new‑client acquisition goals
- Sales or business development experience (professional services preferred)
- Comfortable in a commission‑only compensation structure
- Experience using Hub Spot or similar CRM platforms
- Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with bookkeeping or financial services is a plus (not required)

Sales Representatives earn commission on new annual bookkeeping agreements during the first 12 months only

If a rep upsells a client into higher‑tier bookkeeping during the first year:
- 15% commission on the increased monthly amount (first year only)
