Inside Sales Representative Remote -HOLOGIC-ISR Endometrial

• Complete all assigned training for the Inside Sales Representative role and retain foundational product and clinical knowledge
• Conduct sales activities in compliance with Travel & Entertainment (T&E) guidelines
• Provide timely updates to the Project Manager on business activities and industry trends
• Maintain and update profiles of current and prospective referral targets
• Schedule virtual calls with physicians to discuss and promote the Novasure procedure

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
• Ability to work a schedule accommodating different time zones
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Proficient in computer technology and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM)

• Experience in the medical device industry
• Experience selling to Primary Care Physicians and/or OB GYNs
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented mindset
