Why consider this job opportunity- Target salary range of $300,000 - $325,000 annually, inclusive of base and commission

- Own revenue responsibilities for the employer's fully insured product, focusing on the 200-5,000 life segment
- Continue and expand existing fully and self-insured broker partnerships
- Develop foundational infrastructure and processes for tracking fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
- Manage relationship dynamics within the partnership ecosystem of benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employers
- Present and communicate value propositions effectively to external stakeholders
- Experience in a quota-carrying sales or sales support role
- Health insurance experience strongly preferred
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving startup environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Commitment to individual accountability and authentic feedback within a high-performing team
- Background in health insurance sales or partnerships
- Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships effectively
- Familiarity with sales tracking processes and tools
