Are you an Account Manager with Tier 1 automotive industry experience, looking to play a pivotal role within a global manufacturing organization offering specialist new industry training and career progression opportunities?

This company has experienced rapid growth across North America and continues to expand its OEM footprint with some of the industry’s biggest names. As part of their growth strategy, they are now looking for an Key Account Manager to manage existing OEM relationships.
In this role, you’ll act as both a strategic partner and trusted advisor to your clients, identifying ways to enhance product offerings, drive sales growth, and strengthen long-term relationships. You’ll travel across your assigned region (Detroit metro) to meet customers, present product improvements, and deliver tailored solutions that align with each client’s goals.
This position would suit a driven Account Manager from the tire or automotive industry, looking to take ownership of a key OEM territory within a global brand, with outstanding support, career development, and earning potential.
The Role:- Manage and grow relationships with assigned OEM clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and partnership success.
- Identify and pursue new OEM sales opportunities to expand market share and regional footprint.
- Conduct forecasting, performance analysis, and regular reporting to the Chief Branch Manager.
- Remote based near Detroit – Occasional travel out of state
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the Tier 1 automotive sector, ideally with OEM or OE accounts.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Capable of managing client relationships while proactively developing new business.
