Our team is dedicated to helping our customers save and improve patients' lives with innovative, high-quality products. As part of our expansion in Germany and our future commitment for the German market, we are looking for an exerienced Field Clinical Specialist to join our ambitious Sales team. Reporting to the Director Sales DACH, you will be responsible for your designated region within Germany and will support our mission by providing clinical expertise, training, and market development to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
Yourwork will focus on
- Clinical Support & Training – Provide hands‑on procedure support and train healthcare professionals on Occlutech devices.
- Education & Market Development – Conduct trainings, seminars, and training for hospieal personnel while representing Occlutech at external events.
- New Product Launches – Support trials, collect data, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for market introduction.
- Inventory & Logistics Management – Ensure product availability, manage consignment stock, and prevent expiry.
- Compliance & Reporting – Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and provide market intelligence.
- Collaboration & Sales Support – Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and contribute to achieving targets.
- Customer & Clinical Liaison – Act as a bridge between hospitals, sales, and clinical teams, supporting studies and handling productcomplaints.
- Degree in sciences (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of the hospital environment, particularly interventional cardiology.
- 2+ years of clinical experience in the medical device or related industry.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel approximately up to 100% on a regular basis.
- Professional level in German (preferably native speaker) and fluent in English (B2).
- Strong clinical competencies and a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
- Strong motivation to continuous learning.
