Responsibilities
  • Prospect and convert new business while maintaining existing independent accounts
  • Build and manage relationships with distribution representatives and end-user facilities
  • Collaborate with Regional Key Account Manager to onboard newly acquired chain facilities
  • Conduct approximately fifteen calls per week to drive sales and growth
  • Participate in local trade shows and manage facility-level customer business reviews
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or three (3) plus years of experience in account management
  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in leading sales processes including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 70% of the time to domestic locations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Long-Term Care or similar healthcare settings
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team settings
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and expense management tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
