Job SummaryThe Account Manager II works with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts. The role involves day‑to‑day client servicing, renewal and marketing processes, and preparing materials for presentations and communications. The position requires strong communication skills, independent discretion, and proactive relationship building with clients and carrier contacts.
Location & Work ArrangementHybrid work from one of our offices (St. Augustine, FL; Miramar, FL; or Palm Beach, FL) or full remote within the United States.
Schedule:
Monday‑Rubang, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Proactively develop relationships with carrier and client contacts; may take an active role in meetings.
- Prepare and send requests for proposals to applicableinnut carriers and compile results in spreadsheets.
- Take lead in reviewing proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy in collaboration with the Account Executive or Advisor/Client Executive; begin direct communication with clients and carriers with approval as needed.
- Create and maintain client files in accordance with office procedures; maintain client policy records in the agency management system.
- First line of answering billing questions from clients and insurance company personnel, with assistance from accounting when necessary.
- Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Associate’s degree (or equivalent); BA/BS preferred.
- More than 3 years of client service and/or industry and product line experience.
- P&C Insurance License required.
We offer a competitive salary, PTO and paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. The base salary range is $47,000 – $75,000, to be determined by experience, credentials, education, and location. Performance‑based incentives may also apply.
