Overview

The Federal Savings Bank is hiring an entry level inside sales professional to develop as a Junior Mortgage Banker in the Charlotte, NC area. This position is full-time and remote with paid on-the-job training, an annual salary, and a monthly bonus.

• Utilize a dialer to make outbound phone calls to warm leads
• Support a top producing Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow up
• Learn and apply critical sales techniques through hands-on sales coaching
• Manage leads in our CRM
• Provide excellent customer service to bankers, clients, and referral sources
• Consistently exceed borrower expectations and deliver high-quality service
• Follow the training plan and advance to a mortgage banker role

• High school diploma or GED; 2-4 year college degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in sales, call-center, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries a plus
• Comfortable working on a computer while on the phone
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong sales instincts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Motivated and driven; willing to hustle
• Positive attitude and desire to win
• Dependable with minimal supervision after training
• Self-motivated with leadership potential
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
