You will connect with and educate customers who are actively investing in their health. Your approach combines genuine care with expert consultation—listening to their unique needs and guiding them to the solution that best supports their wellness journey.

We offer a competitive monthly base pay to provide stability, combined with a generous commission structure and performance bonuses. Target earnings are $80k–$100k+, with uncapped potential for top performers. Stability: A fast-paced, exciting environment where employees stay for 7+ years. - 🏠 Remote Work: 100% work from home.
- Execute Outbound Calls:
Your primary focus will be making outbound calls to company-provided leads generated by marketing campaigns (Google, Meta, DSP). All leads will have demonstrated interest/purchasing intent. - Consultative Selling:
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the customer’s health goals/concerns and build value demonstrating how our product is the solution. - High-Ticket Closing:
Overcome objections regarding price and value to close sales ranging from $1,500 to $10,000 or more. - Inbound Support:
Field inbound calls from prospective buyers and existing customers, answering technical questions and facilitating sales or upgrades. - Pipeline Management:
Manage your lead queue effectively using our Hub Spot CRM, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
- Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of top-performing sales experience. Proven track record in "High-Ticket" sales or closing deals over the phone is highly preferred. - Communication:
Exceptional verbal communication skills. You must be articulate, clear, and confident speaking with an affluent, mature demographic. - Empathy:
Ability to listen actively and show genuine compassion. You will be speaking with people discussing their personal health; trust-building is the key to closing these sales. - Tech Savvy:
Comfortable working remotely, using MS Office and CRM software. - Home Office:
You must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
