In This Role- Drive revenue growth within the San Francisco Bay Area territory by managing inbound and outbound sales activities, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Territory Sales Managers to ensure alignment on regional sales strategies, account priorities and pipeline development.
- Maintain and expand customer relationships through proactive communication, product education and tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Build in‑depth knowledge of CRM and funnel management tools and consistently forecast business, manage opportunities and build pipeline.
- Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs and position an appropriate solution; develop strategic partnerships with key customers and leverage internal resources to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Life Science related discipline or equivalent experience;
Master’s degree preferred. - 1+ years of Life Science sales experience, preferably in a customer‑oriented environment.
- Familiarity with molecular biology techniques (NGS, CRISPR, PCR, Syn Bio, etc.).
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems a plus.
- Remote work arrangement with flexibility to travel for internal meetings and occasional team events.
Salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 (annual base) with total compensation target of $100,000 – $115,000. Comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k). Remote work is supported for eligible roles.
