In-Office (Metro Atlanta).
Schedule:
Full-Time (40 Hours/Week). Pay: $17–$19/hour + Aggressive Commission + Quarterly Bonuses. OTE: $55,000 – $95,000+.
About the Role
We are growing fast and looking for motivated, driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our inside sales team. This is not just an appointment-setting role — you will be responsible for owning the full sales process
, from cold outreach to closing deals for commercial kitchen exhaust hood cleaning and kitchen fire suppression services.
You’ll be selling essential, recurring services to restaurants, hospitals, schools, senior living communities, hotels, and other commercial kitchens. These are compliance-driven services that businesses must have
, making this a strong opportunity for consistent sales and repeat customers.
If you enjoy talking to people, overcoming objections, closing deals, and earning uncapped commission — this is a role where your effort directly turns into income.
Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound calls to commercial kitchens (restaurants, hospitals, schools, senior living, etc.)
- Qualify decision-makers and present our services confidently
- Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision process
- Close deals directly over the phone (not just set appointments)
- Manage and update leads in our CRM
- Follow provided scripts, training, and sales processes
- Work warm and hot leads in addition to cold outreach
- Build a repeat customer pipeline for long-term commissions
- Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
- Thorough paid training program
- Proven sales scripts and talk tracks
- CRM system and call tools
- Consistent lead flow (hot + cold leads)
- Clear sales process and support from leadership
- Products that are required for safety and compliance (easy value proposition)
Compensation & Commission (Very Competitive)
Hourly Base: $17–$19/hour
Commission Per Approved Deal (Tiered Accelerator):
Once you hit a new tier, ALL deals for that period are paid at the higher rate:
- 1–5 approvals: $25 per deal
- 6–9 approvals: $50 per deal
- 10–14 approvals: $75 per deal
- 15–19 approvals: $100 per deal
- 20+ approvals: $150 per deal
Quarterly Bonuses:
Additional performance bonuses for hitting team and individual goals.
Realistic Earnings:
- Low Producer: $55,000 – $65,000/year
- Mid Producer: $65,000 – $75,000/year
- High Producer: $80,000 – $95,000+/year
