Sales Consultant - Hollow Metal - East, United States
Allegion invites you to join our team as a Sales Consultant – Hollow Metal – East, United States. This role focuses on driving strategic growth in the hollow metal segment by managing pricing, mix, and service solutions, collaborating with sales, manufacturing, and customer care to support revenue and profitability.
Hybrid Work Model: The position offers a dynamic hybrid arrangement that combines in‑person collaboration with flexible remote work. Specific details will be provided by our talent acquisition partner.

What You Will Do- Develop local hollow metal project pricing strategies in conjunction with the Regional Sales Vice President and Sales Managers, and manage new account start‑ups with local sales offices.
- Partner with sales and product management teams to design custom approaches and tools for capturing greater customer share in the hollow metal market.
- Analyze and communicate market dynamics and competitive changes effectively.
- Maintain project hit‑rate statistics to help evolve toward a more profitable pricing strategy.
- Provide data for the RVP’s monthly hollow metal SIOP forecast.
- Develop and manage relationships with key hollow metal distributors to anticipate customer needs and competitive threats.
- Maintain and utilize CRM tools for sales reporting and activity communication.
- Ensure compliance with all Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - 5+ years of demonstrated hollow metal experience.
- Knowledge of the security industry.
- Strong communication and relationship‑management skills, with the ability to engage multiple levels and functions internally and externally.
- Sales experience in both hollow metal and hardware industries.
- Understanding of operations, project‑management constraints, and financial acumen.
- Ability to multitask and influence collaboration at all levels.
- Proficiency with CRM and estimation tools (e.g., Siebel).
- Must reside within the East United States to support customers and teams in that territory.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.

The expected total compensation range is $100,000 – $150,000. Bonus eligibility is Yes. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
