• Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts across a large geographic territory.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of clinical education, training, products, and services.
• Participate in pre‑sales support, assessment, and evaluation of new products and services.
• Develop, plan, and manage customer training programs.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for product improvement using direct customer feedback.
• Manage customer assessments and assist in developing plans for process standardization.
• Conduct business with integrity and in accordance with BD's Code of Ethics, BD Way, and all applicable policies.
• Successfully train on and consistently apply the BD Way of Selling.

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Approx. 60‑75% travel, including overnight stays.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with 3 years consecutive driving history; must meet BD’s auto safety standards.

• 2+ years of Sales/Account Management/Customer Success experience;
  Acute Hospital experience preferred.
• Clinical work experience and/or educational background preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
