• Quote and sell insurance products to new and existing customers

• Run reports to verify the accuracy of information provided by potential insured regarding insurance and driving history
• Explain coverage and payment options to customers
• Follow up on unsold internet leads and service existing customer policies as required

• Must hold an active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer's License or Personal Lines License
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task with speed and accuracy

• Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service roles
• Knowledge of market trends and regulations related to insurance
• Ability to effectively communicate company guidelines to customers and team members
