This is a performance-based commission role designed for high-achievers. We believe in our process so much that we invest in you from Day 1:
- The Safety Net (The Draw): To ensure your success as you build your sales pipeline, we provide a guaranteed draw structure for the first 3 months. This gives you peace of mind while you master our "Five Ways to Remodel" system.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: With commissions ranging from 5%–12% plus performance bonuses, our top consultants earn well into the six figures.
- Warm Leads + Hunter Mentality: We provide 50%+ of your appointments through our national marketing, but we reward you even higher for the leads you generate through your own networking and outreach.
- Flexibility: You manage your calendar. Work from home, in the field, or at client sites—no "office hours" for the sake of office hours.
What You’ll Do
- Direct Sales & Design: Conduct professional in-home consultations, using our proprietary tools to help NJ homeowners fall in love with their kitchens again.
- Business Development: Actively "hunt" for new opportunities through cold outreach, local networking, and building referral partnerships with contractors and local businesses.
- Full-Cycle Management: From the initial "warm" lead or cold call to the final contract and deposit, you own the relationship.
- Market Growth: Represent Kitchen Tune-Up at regional home shows and community events to keep your pipeline overflowing.
- The Entrepreneur: You prefer the freedom of commission-only because you know you can out-earn a standard salary.
- The Hustler: You aren t afraid to pick up the phone, knock on a door, or follow up relentlessly to close a deal.
- The Visionary: You understand home trends and can help a client see the ROI in a kitchen update.
- The Professional: You are organized, tech-savvy (CRM experience is a plus), and have reliable transportation to cover your New Jersey territory.
- Commission Only: High-percentage payouts on every sale.
