What to Expect
  • Drive profitable sales for the C&I business in the assigned territory
  • Develop, implement, and execute effective territory business plans
  • Prioritize end customers, markets, and distributors to ensure effective territory management
  • Implement promotions and directives as set by division management
  • Collaborate with other C&I territories and divisions to meet customer needs
What is Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher and three (3) years of direct sales and/or electrical construction/industrial experience, OR an Associate's degree and five (5) years of electrical industry sales experience
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Proven ability to understand and train customers on multiple product lines and applications
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels
How to Stand Out
  • Sales experience in the Electric Contractor Market
  • Experience selling through distribution channels
  • Strong computer skills, including database management and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and
  • Experience working in a matrix environment or large complex organization
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with peers
