- Drive profitable sales for the C&I business in the assigned territory
- Develop, implement, and execute effective territory business plans
- Prioritize end customers, markets, and distributors to ensure effective territory management
- Implement promotions and directives as set by division management
- Collaborate with other C&I territories and divisions to meet customer needs
- Bachelor's degree or higher and three (3) years of direct sales and/or electrical construction/industrial experience, OR an Associate's degree and five (5) years of electrical industry sales experience
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Proven ability to understand and train customers on multiple product lines and applications
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to all levels
- Sales experience in the Electric Contractor Market
- Experience selling through distribution channels
- Strong computer skills, including database management and proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and
- Experience working in a matrix environment or large complex organization
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with peers
