REMOTE Licensed Commercial Insurance​/Inbound Sales Consultant

• Handle inbound calls on warm leads, pre-qualifying and classifying applicants while providing coverage consultation to small business owners
• Consult on various small business lines coverage, including Business Owner's Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability
• Collaborate effectively with team members in a high-performing sales environment
• Manage desk prioritization and deliver timely outcomes to customers
• Partner with the Inside Sales Underwriting team to address complex risks and write profitable business

• Active commercial Property & Casualty license is required
• Must have 2+ years of recent Property & Casualty or Personal Lines experience
• Call center experience is valued
• Strong sales acumen with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate solid time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
