What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Exceed monthly revenue quotas through sales of the Enso Sleep HST solution
  • Identify prospective customers and convert leads into sales while collaborating with clients to understand their needs
  • Coordinate sales processes with marketing and Sales Engineers for demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director and/or Chief Commercial Officer
  • Maintain customer details in our CRM system and collaborate on sales and marketing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Previous experience in sleep medicine, particularly in home sleep testing sales
  • Minimum of 5 years of account executive experience, especially in enterprise health systems
  • Proven ability to close business in a health system environment
  • Strong clinical aptitude and business acumen with a hunter mindset
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; experience with CRM systems is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in healthcare software sales or SaaS
  • Previous experience at a startup, tech, or software engineering company
  • Ability to work effectively with remote and hybrid teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
