- Promote the Calix vision through executive engagement, product demonstrations, and market events
- Collaborate with leadership to refine best practices and field training initiatives
- 5+ years of quota-carrying software/cloud sales and account management experience
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions and managing major accounts
- Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and matrix organizations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience selling into the Communications Service Providers space
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and Value Selling
- Demonstrated success in managing extended development cycles and closing complex sales
