Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic sales efforts for Cloud SaaS and Smart Life solutions within key accounts
  • Conduct in-depth discovery conversations to understand and exceed customer requirements
  • Manage complex sales cycles, presenting the value of Calix Cloud data to executive leadership
  • Promote the Calix vision through executive engagement, product demonstrations, and market events
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine best practices and field training initiatives
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of quota-carrying software/cloud sales and account management experience
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Proven track record of selling SaaS solutions and managing major accounts
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual teams and matrix organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling into the Communications Service Providers space
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling and Value Selling
  • Demonstrated success in managing extended development cycles and closing complex sales
