Responsibilities
  • Sell complex managed services and IT outsourcing solutions tailored to healthcare payer clients
  • Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to achieve sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives in national healthcare insurance and provider accounts
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and create compelling value propositions
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape for IT services to effectively position the employer’s offerings
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services sales and/or professional services sales
  • At least 5 years of experience selling into enterprise healthcare payer clients
  • Proven history of success in a sales hunter role with the ability to acquire new clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong executive presence
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services
  • Recognized expertise in the healthcare provider/payer service solutions industry
  • Ability to creatively sell into large national accounts and demonstrate successful deal closures
  • Strategic agility to successfully influence decision-makers within client organizations
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time
