Business Development Specialist - EST/CST
Amplity is seeking a full‑time Business Development Specialist (BDS) to engage Health Care Professionals by phone to promote assigned client products, maximize product selling potential, and meet program and client objectives. The role may include occasional on‑site visits for in‑services.
Position SummaryThe BDS builds and maintains relationships with HCPs, educates them about product features, benefits, safety, approved indications, and loyalty program platform to ensure appropriate use. The BDS utilizes approved tools for product promotion and maintains product, program and customer activity knowledge, collaborating with Client field‑based teams and management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Communicate persuasively with customers, using selling, listening and negotiation skills and approved messaging.
- Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
- Profile and manage a targeted list of accounts to provide value‑added benefits and grow product and platform awareness.
- Create and implement business plans to achieve business goals.
- Maintain call productivity and required metrics.
- Achieve quarterly client KPIs.
- Promote client products via telephone outreach to assigned targets.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of client product(s), program and platforms.
- Complete required data entry in Amplity/Client CRM systems.
- Respond to customer needs and questions within program timelines.
- Partner with client field sales managers to plan account coverage.
- Create and maintain a positive impression with client and customers.
- Prepare management reports as needed.
- Fully comply with all laws, regulations, Amplity Policies, Code of Conduct, privacy and data guidelines.
- Participate in teleconference and live meetings and represent client at conventions when applicable.
- Complete other projects as assigned.
- Report to Amplity Performance Manager or Program Director.
- Work closely with other team members and home office support.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and client business units.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
- Flexibility to cover multiple time zones and travel to office sites if needed.
- Success in all required Amplity and client training.
- Excellent technical skills with Microsoft Office and related programs.
- B2B, Inside Sales experience.
- Aesthetics industry experience.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and excellent phone manner.
- Strong focus on superior customer support and service.
- Ability to learn and communicate complex information over the telephone.
- Strong rapport building, active listening and selling skills.
- High initiative, effort and commitment to complete projects.
- Technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to drive, hold a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Representatives may be required to submit and maintain credentials, such as training, vaccinations and other documentation, to access hospitals or healthcare providers. Certain geographic jurisdictions may require a representative license. Amplity will notify representatives of any changes.
