- Maintain detailed records of client communications for long‑term relationship building.
- Uphold professionalism, empathy, and ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Adhere to state regulatory licensing requirements.
- Current life and health insurance license issued by your home state and ability to contract with carriers.
- Strong work ethic and drive for personal and financial growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (service industry experience is a plus).
- Effective time‑management and prioritization abilities.
- Comfort with technology: CRM, Zoom, email, and basic Microsoft/Apple tools (training provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Uncapped earnings with raise eligibility from the first month (5% increases with benchmarks).
